Drug Policy

You must have a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice medicine and to prescribe medications in the place where you live.

Our Canadian pharmacy will not handle any habit forming or narcotic pharmaceuticals, also known as scheduled drugs or controlled substances in some countries. We specialize in chronic care medicines that many people must take to sustain or improve their life.

You can order up to a three-month supply of your medication if that is what has been prescribed for you.

Our Canadian pharmacy will not ship any pharmaceutical product to you that does not have an approved version in your country of residence.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is important to Discount Pharmacy. This Policy explains how DP uses and discloses the personal information collected from and provided by you while using Discount Pharmacy's Web site (the "Main Site"). Any personal information collected or provided to us through the Main Site will be treated with care, and subject to this Policy, will not be used or disclosed in ways to which you have not consented.

Any Order information provided to us on the site where you place an order (the Secure Site will be treated subject to the terms provided in the order form, which you should review prior to providing that information.

The Main Site and Secure Site are collectively referred to as the "Site".

By using the Site, you signify your consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with this Policy. If you do not agree with this Policy, you may not use the Site.

(a) On the Main Site, Discount Pharmacy collects, uses and discloses your personal information in accordance with the Discount Pharmacy Privacy Policy. By accepting this Agreement, and each time you use the Site, you consent to Discount Pharmacy's collection, use and disclosure of your personal information in accordance with the Privacy Policy as it then reads without any further notice or any liability to you or any other person.
(b) Information collected on the Secure Site is governed by the privacy terms stated in the Order Form.

Shipping Policy

 Our standard shipping and handeling fee per package is $14.99. This shipping fee applies towards all standard packages shipped to destinations in the United States. Overweight, oversized, or items requiring special handling may be subject to additional surcharges.

All orders are processed and shipped within 48-72 hours of having received your order and prescriptions. Please allow 8 to 12 business day delivery for Canadian orders and 16 to 18 business days for international orders from the time your order has been confirmed. All packages are fully insured for loss or damage. However, a loss of package due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer is not covered.

Return Policy

DiscountPharmacy.biz  cannot accept any drugs returned by customer for the following reasons:

The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use of any portion of any drug Prescription or non-prescription medication (Alberta College of Pharmacists Standard 5.1 (m) Standards of Practice - The Pharmacist, Jan. 1, 1996)

The B.C. College of Pharmacists states that once a medication has left the pharmacy, it cannot be returned for any reason - Bylaw 5 (33. subsection 1)
