These drugs are antimuscarinic drugs (they reduce the activity of the muscarinic receptor): darifenacin (found as Enablex, Emselex, Novartis, it blocks the M3 muscarinic receptor responsible for bladder muscle contractions), oxybutynin (branded as Ditropan and Lyrinel XL, blocks M1, M2 and M3 muscarinic receptors decreasing the urgency to urinate), trospium (it is sold under the name of Sanctura), solifenacin (marketed as a solifenacin succinate by the name of Vesicare), tolterodine (Detrol and Detrusitol) and hyoscyamine (branded by the names of Symax, HyoMax, Anaspaz, Buwecon, etc).
