FAQ - Discount Pharmacy

1. How much does shipping cost for my prescription drugs?
Shipping is $14.99. There are no other charges to be paid besides the price of your prescription drugs. We offer only one way to ship prescription drugs, which is via regular mail.

2. How long will it take to process my new prescription drug order and to ship my prescription drugs?
It takes up to 3 days to process your prescriptions and up to 10 days for shipping of prescription drugs from Canada provided that there are no problems with your order (i.e. missing prescription drug information, credit card processing difficulties). In addition, the postal system is periodically experience delays in certain areas due to mail volumes at customs facilities inspecting prescription drugs from Canada. Prescription drugs from the Discount Pharmacy international pharmacy arrive in approximately the same time by a separate package.Delivery times can be unpredictably delayed by customs or holidays. Please try to order three weeks in advance in case you suffer a customs delay.

 
3. What if my prescription drugs never arrive?

4. What if customs seizes my prescription drugs?

5. Do I need a Prescription to order Canadian Prescription Drugs?
Yes! We require a prescription for all prescription drugs that are prescription drugs in Canada OR in the country you live in. Just like your local pharmacy our  Pharmacy requires a valid prescription from a physician licensed to practice in your area. A licensed Canadian physician will rewrite Canadian prescriptions for your prescriptions that you send us.
 
6. Can my doctor fill in and fax/send in the patient questionnaire and prescription drug information for me?
Yes, it is preferable, but not necessary to have your doctor send in your prescription and or patient questionnaire. All of the information to order from our Canadian online pharmacy can be sent in by you.
 
7. What payments do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard.
 
8. How much prescription drugs can I purchase at one time?
Discount Pharmacy' policy is international customers may purchase a maximum of a 3-month supply (100 days) of each of your prescription drugs provided that you have a valid prescription for that supply of prescription drug. If your physician writes a prescription for more than a 3-month supply of prescription drugs then we can fill those as refills when you wish. It is not necessary to wait three months between ordering your three month supply. There is no 100 day supply restriction for non prescription drug items.
9. How long will it take to get refills on prescription drugs?
Prescription drugs refills can take up to 10 days for shipping.
